How to send Email Blast

This video explains two methods for sending email blasts using Flow Fusion. Here are the key steps for each method:

1. Sending Emails via Contacts Page:

   • Access the Contacts page.
   • Select the contacts you want to email.
   • Click on the "Send Email" bulk action.
   • Choose a template (if available) or create a new one.
   • Set up the sender details, email subject, and email content.
   • Choose to send immediately, schedule for a specific time, or set it in drip mode.
   • Hit "Send Email" to dispatch the emails.

2. Sending Emails via Marketing:

   • Navigate to Marketing and select "Email" > "Templates."
   • Create or edit an email template, including images, videos, or buttons.
   • Save the template.
   • Under "Campaigns," click "New" to create a new campaign.
   • Select the template for the campaign.
   • Customize the email content if needed.
   • Choose to send it immediately or schedule it for a specific time.
   • Specify the sender details, subject line, and recipient list (e.g., smart list, contacts from tags, specific contacts, or all contacts).
   • Hit "Send" to dispatch the emails.
