Text Grid will be the phone provider reserved for your texting. You will be asked to set up your account with TextGrid. Don't worry; you will not pay any monthly fee. This is just the platform to manage the credit for your SMS usage.

Cost for SMS:

• Sending: $0.0035 per segment (segment means 165 characters per message).

  • Receiving: Free.

  • Credit Management: For example, adding $50 allows you to send approximately 14,000+ messages.

REMEMBER, your TextGrid phone number is ONLY for texting. We will tackle in another module on how to use the dialer in Flow Fusion.

Billing and Charges

• SMS Charges: TextGrid charges are deducted from the prepaid credits you purchase, providing clear control over your SMS expenses.

Once the testing is complete, we will send you another email confirming that you can now start texting through your Flow Fusion account.
